Amaury BONNAIRE is an Executive Director with Ernst & Young specialised in due diligence and structuring of corporate finance transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestures, distressed transactions etc), an area he has covered for close to 15 years for various Big 4 companies and banks.
Having led advisory teams on a large and wide array of transactions, Amaury will bring to his course “Analysis of the Environment of the Firm” a wealth of practical experience and real life cases, in particular on the success and failure environmental factors which can influence the outcome of a corporate finance transaction as well as on the key points to focus on in the due diligence.
Hamid BOUSBA is a Managing Director at Citi in charge of ultra high net worth and family office clients. Like its competitor JP Morgan, Citi has strategically chosen to focus exclusively on the high end segment of the private banking markets. Why are banks increasingly choosing to serve this market segment? What makes these clients different from others in terms of relationship management, philosophy, objectives and investment strategy ? What are the key success factors for a bank aiming to serve this clientele? Does it make sense to serve this segment ?
With over 20 years covering private clients from New York, London, Luxemburg or Geneva including 12 focused on high end ultra-high clients, Hamid’s personal experience and expertise will prove an invaluable insight to his course “Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices”
Elements such as the increasing trend in market volatility or the new pan European legal requirements of MIFID which put added pressure on financial advisors to follow a “suitable” investment policy have put risk at the forefront of investment concerns.
Helping us understand the concept or risk and the link between the theoretical concept of risk and the purely practical aspect of client risk profiling and the elaboration of an investment policy statement has been entrusted to Charles-Henry MONCHAU and his lecture “Risk Profile”
An experienced Chief investment Officer with over 20 years of investment experience with 5 well established international banks, Charles-Henry, currently heading the portfolio management function for Deutsche Bank’s EMEA region will demonstrate the theoretical and practical implications of designing effective investment strategies for clients which closely match client’s risk concerns.
