Context
For almost a century, economic history and empirical studies have confirmed that the quality of management is the most important variable in the success and sustainability of a company.
At a time when paradigm shifts have never been so numerous (digitalization, uberization of work, globalization, generational break, etc.), the ability to mobilize resources, accompany change and create a collective dynamic has never been so crucial.
This unique program offers a 360-degree view of all aspects of management and leadership in the banking and finance industry, including personal issues such as those related to business, team and environmental management.
Emphasis is placed both on the strategic dimension and on the transfer of a complete and directly applicable toolbox for responsible, efficient and sustainable management.
This CAS is an integral part of the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) Banking & Finance. This means that the laureates can continue their studies on our Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Banking & Finance at the end of their studies.

Registration for the CAS/DAS/MAS courses offered in partnership with Kalaidos University of Applied Science is subject to the latter's admission regulations. Please complete the application form in parallel, which will be submitted to Kalaidos University for registration. Kalaidos University's matriculation requirements apply.
As soon as this offer is formally validated, your registration will be considered as firm and final. You will then have access to our ISFB collaborative space, then a few days before the beginning of the training to the specific space reserved for the participants of this training.
