Modular course (package 2) - LSFin MiFID and client advice: Refresh & Apply
Catalog | Accredited Court(s) for CWMA recertification
Context
MiFID II went into effect across the European Union in early 2018 and its Swiss precedent is expected to go into effect in 2019 or 2020. Among other topics, MiFID II and LsFin set out a range of new investor protection requirements and are thus a key part of compliance for any Swiss bank or Swiss financial services provider today. When providing investment advisory or portfolio management services to clients, it is essential to review and implement the requirements established by these two regulations.
Understanding the principles, requirements, similarities and differences of these two regulations is an indispensable element in today's compliance world.
