A local hub for talent development
The partnership signed between the Geneva Business School (HEG-Genève) and the Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire (ISFB) represents a fundamental step forward in the range of continuing education courses available to experts in the French-speaking financial centre.
In the current economic climate, it is essential to offer banking experts a consolidated range of courses, enabling them to turn to robust, legitimate players to maintain and develop not only their technical skills, but also their interpersonal skills. This partnership between two key players in the banking training market will enable us to fully meet these objectives.
In this issue, we discuss these two inseparable forms of technical and interactional skills with Miguel Parra, HR Director at Crédit Agricole Next Bank, and Fabien Smadja, ISFB Lecturer and Skills Assessment Consultant. We also talk to Daniel Meyer, member of the Executive Board at SAQ Swiss Association for Quality, who gives us an overview of the number of certifications awarded since 2012.
As a local hub, the ISFB provides banking and finance professionals with support at every stage of their careers, in the fields of continuing education, skills assessment and evaluation, development of interactional skills, and maintenance of links between all stakeholders in the ecosystem. ISFB is thus fulfilling its mission as a contributor to the development of talent in the French-speaking financial center.
