Dear readers,
As usual, in this issue we give the floor to those involved in banking training. Whether they are lecturers, participants or partners, they are the ones who contribute to promoting the skills of the French-speaking financial center. In this issue, you'll find four topical interviews on the theme of skills in banking and finance: Fanny Wenger, Head of Recruitment for the Mirabaud Group, talks about her participation in the ISFB's brand-new management training program; Marie Gala, the new Head of Marketing, presents her rich professional career and her plans for our Institute; Nicolas Vialis, ISFB Lecturer and Coach, talks about his day-to-day work at our Institute.
