Artificial intelligence and banking
On January 18, the Swiss Confederation released a guide dedicated to the use of generative AI tools in the federal administration, highlighting the benefits and constraints of these technologies, including consumer tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot, and encouraging conscious and informed use.
In banking too, generative AI promises to improve operations and the customer experience, but raises numerous legal and ethical questions in particular. To equip its members for these challenges, ISFB is offering a short one-day training course focused on raising awareness and understanding of generative AI, taking into account the legal implications and associated risks. The course is available exclusively to ISFB member banks on an in-company basis.
