Banks' recruitment processes systematically include a background check. During this thematic meeting, Michael Platen will discuss in full transparency the motivations and modalities of employers in the application of this process and will share the tips to follow and mistakes to avoid by candidates.

Michael Platen

Born in the Netherlands, Michael Platen began his career in internal audit. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Certificate in Change Management. In 2001, he was appointed Director of a recruitment company in Switzerland and then held the position of Chief Financial Officer in Asia and the United Kingdom. Co-founder of various companies active in HR services, he is also the founder and CEO of Aequivalent SA, the first Swiss digital platform for monitoring the compliance of application files.
