Network outreach - Contribution to academic research
Participation in a doctoral research project developed by the Apprentissage et Compétences au Travail, en Formation et dans les Organisation (ACT'FOR) team at the University of Geneva.
We are asking our students to take part in a doctoral research project developed by the Learning and Competencies at Work, in Training and in Organizations (ACT'FOR) team at the University of Geneva, and carried out in partnership with the Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire (ISFB).
This research aims to investigate the profile and learning experience of adults enrolled in continuing education in the canton of Geneva. More specifically, we examine the motivations (needs, goals, reasons for entering training) and emotions of adults currently taking part in continuing education modules.
To this end, the questionnaire you'll be asked to complete as part of this study will give you the opportunity to reflect on the reasons why you decided to take the course you're enrolled in, as well as your experience as a learner.
To this end, we would be grateful if you could complete the following anonymous survey, which will take an estimated 20 minutes to complete. Your participation is very valuable to us.

Contributing to network outreach
As a professional association, the ISFB operates within an ecosystem made up of numerous stakeholders: on the one hand, member institutions, their employees and the general public interested in banking and finance; and on the other, public and private players, training centers and universities, involved in initial or continuing training, career development and advice. What they all have in common is that they are active in the management of banking and financial skills.
