Supporting career development in banking and finance at every stage
Developing the skills and employability of ISFB employees and member institutions, and making them attractive employers, is at the heart of our mission.
With this in mind, our Career Development business area naturally complements our technical, managerial and certification training services with individual, group and organizational coaching solutions.
Our team of experts has a wide range of tools for managers, staff and teams, adapted to the various situations that can arise in the professional context in general, and in banking and finance in particular.
As your preferred partner for human resources management, we work alongside you to strengthen your corporate culture and employer brand, and to support you in assessment and outplacement processes, as well as in the development of managerial and interpersonal skills.
Whether you're looking for individual coaching, team support, conflict management or workplace climate analysis, we're at your disposal, in complete discretion.
Academic research shows that certain factors contribute more fundamentally to professional success: technical knowledge and skills and 'soft skills', but also the influence of the context in which the individual evolves, his motivation and confidence in his ability to succeed, in particular. A sense of purpose is also a particularly powerful factor in achieving a goal.
Our specialist advisors are here to support you.

Career orientation
ISFB helps banking specialists in career transition to evaluate and enhance their technical knowledge and financial know-how. ISFB's approach makes it possible to assess the suitability of a person's profile to the requirements of his or her future position, and to evaluate his or her employability. It also helps to identify actions to be taken in order to move on to other functions within one's own organization. Individualized support can be offered to help the individual understand the market or prepare him or her for situations where his or her skills need to be put to the best possible use.
