Continuing Education

Supporting the development of skills to meet the current and emerging needs of the banking and financial sector.

In a financial environment that is constantly evolving, our role is to adapt existing curricula and develop new training programs that are directly aligned with the expectations of educational institutions and changes in the professional landscape.

Christophe Nicod, Member of the Executive Board, Head of Continuing Education

Continuing education has long been at the heart of the ISFB. It is designed for employees of the Institute’s institutional members, as well as professionals working in banking and finance in French-speaking Switzerland.

Our programs are designed with real-world realities in mind: changes in the workplace, regulatory requirements, technological transformation, customer expectations, governance issues, and employability needs.

They draw on experts with practical experience who are recognized in their fields, and cover the sector’s major areas of expertise: Private Banking & Asset Management, Retail & Corporate Banking, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Support & Cross-Functional Roles, and Management & Human Resources.

Each training program has a simple goal: to help professionals enhance their professional expertise, their ability to adapt, and their contribution to the effective operation of financial institutions.
