Training for GFI
Qualified managers of authorized establishments are responsible for defining appropriate continuing training for themselves and their staff.
The training institute's ability to meet this requirement is an essential criterion for selection. This ability is based on its solid institutional reputation, the wide-ranging expertise of its trainers, and compliance with the rigorous quality standards in force not only in banking training, but also in Swiss training institutions: SAQ and EduQua:2021. SAQ certification is particularly appreciated by auditors, as is the ISFB collective mark.
Founded in 1987, the ISFB is the leading professional association for banks and financial institutions in French-speaking Switzerland. It brings together over fifty institutions in a collective committed to developing the skills of the financial sector.
At its General Meeting 2025, the ISFB decided to open up its ecosystem to Independent Asset Managers (IAMs), key players in the French-speaking financial center. They now have access to all ISFB services and training programs.
As part of its commitment to excellence, ISFB has joined forces with SPHERE, the media and reference platform for the wealth management industry, to create an exclusive training program that meets the requirements of management qualification and continuing education for wealth managers.
The ISFB x SPHERE program offers pragmatic and inspiring training courses, designed to meet the strategic, regulatory and entrepreneurial challenges facing GFIs.
