The development assessment is a unique tool offered by the ISFB which allows to evaluate at a given moment the technical and interpersonal skills of an employee, in order to identify the avenues of development which are open to him.

At the ISFB, we have been assessing knowledge and know-how in the banking and financial field for over 20 years, building up a solid experience in this field.

Together with our HR consultants, we offer you rigorous skills assessments that highlight the interaction between technical knowledge and personal skills. These assessments objectively and comprehensively measure knowledge, know-how and behaviour in the following four areas

The ISFB bases its " bilan of competence bancaire " on a unique methodology, which synthesises in detail the results of two complementary evaluations. The first one focuses on your technical skills and the second one on your life skills. The analysis and the restitution cross the results of the two tests in order to verify the coherence between your technical knowledge and your personal skills. The seriousness of this approach makes it possible to accurately assess the adequacy of your profile with the requirements of your current or future position.

SKILLS ASSESSMENT

  • Preliminary interview with the candidate: 2h

  • Soft-skills - online psychometric test: 1h

  • Hard-skills - technical tests: 3h to 6h

  • Individual feedback: 1 hour

  • Constitution of the personal SWOT: 1h

  • Tripartite feedback: 1 hour
    (if assessment financed by the employer)

VALIDATION OF PRIOR LEARNING ASSESSMENT (VAE)

An assessment of your skills to target your training needs

The ISFB systematically integrates the validation of acquired experience (VAE) in the construction of your individual training paths. The VAE is based on the constitution of a file listing all your past experiences. This file contains a precise description of the skills you have activated in your previous jobs. The veracity of each element is then certified by your employer. This practice makes it possible to reduce the duration and content of the training " au just nécessaire ".
