SAQ re-certification

Once obtained, your SAQ certification is valid for three years. To renew it, you must obtain re-certification, either by attesting that you have the required skills, or by passing an examination, or by completing apprenticeship, training or teaching units.

Our offer

24-hour packages or modular follow-up

At ISFB, we offer a pragmatic solution: the 24-hour re-certification package. These packages enable you to maintain your SAQ Certification by taking a series of 6 SAQ-validated 4-hour courses. The courses are generally held in our professional online studio, allowing participants to interact with the instructors. Some packages are also offered face-to-face at our Geneva offices.

A la carte" courses for member institutions

For member banks, we also offer an "à la carte" solution of individualized modules when the training involves several employees of the same establishment. This enables the bank, for example, not to select a complete package, or to compose its training according to its needs. In this format, you can decide on the training location. Finally, several of our ISFB Certificates include re-certifying modules. The re-certification code and segment are indicated on the respective Certificates.
