SAQ re-certification packages

Once obtained, your SAQ certification is valid for three years. To renew it, you must obtain re-certification, either by attesting that you have the required skills, or by passing an examination, or by completing apprenticeship, training or teaching units.

At ISFB, we offer a pragmatic solution: the 24-hour re-certification package. These packages enable you to maintain your SAQ Certification by taking a series of 6 SAQ-validated 4-hour courses. The courses take place in our professional online studio, synchronously (i.e. live), and ensure a lively exchange between participants and lecturers.

For member banks, we also offer an "à la carte" solution of individualized modules when the training involves several employees of the same establishment. This means, for example, that the bank does not have to select a complete package, or that it can put together its own training program to suit its needs. See the specific product here.
