Rules for using ISFB references

The Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire (ISFB) is a not-for-profit association whose mission is to contribute to the development of its members' skills, as well as those of the financial community and its employees.

The ISFB brand represents a quality label known and recognized throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

Reference as a training bank

ISFB member institutions may mention their collaboration with ISFB, and in particular make reference to it to enhance their training employer brand. The "ISFB Training Bank" label can only be used if the appropriate ISFB certificate has been issued.

Reference as a certified ISFB graduate

In the event of successful completion of the examinations leading to one of the ISFB Certificates, only the exact name of the Certificate as it appears on the certificate issued after successful completion of the examination, and then on the Certificate itself, may be used. Example: Ms Yvette Walder, ISFB Private Banking Certificate holder.

Reference as ISFB speaker

The majority of our team is made up of executives from member institutions, or referenced experts. The official functions of our consultants are as follows:

• Lecturer ISFB
• ISFB exam experts
• Competency advisor (coach/mentor) ISFB

Speakers may not use their membership of our professional association to carry out activities in their own name or that of their company.

All services provided by our consultants are subject to a written quotation issued by ISFB and invoiced by ISFB.

Reference as a partner

The ISFB publishes the official list of its partners on its governance page.

Use of the ISFB logo

The use of the ISFB logo is forbidden without written authorization.
