  • The Swiss economic system
    PK-ISFB-23-1139

With no natural resources, no access to major shipping lanes, and 4 languages and diverse cultures, Switzerland's solid economic performance is based on distinct and sometimes unique elements that every economic player needs to understand and master in order to ensure its sustainability, or even to participate in the necessary adjustments to the model. This training course will provide you with a key to understanding the Swiss economic framework in its broadest sense, which is the essential foundation for providing customers with the service they expect, whatever their cultural background.

  • Fintech
    PK-ISFB-21-3079

A contraction of the words finance and technology, fintech is now at the heart of the financial industry's concerns and strategic discussions, with the development of both applications and companies active in fintech constantly accelerating.
While no one today doubts the durability of these new technologies, there are still many grey areas surrounding the extent of their disruptive potential, the speed of assimilation of these new technologies or the outline of future applications.
This course will review the main categories of innovation, look back over the last 5 years to assess surprises and false starts, and acquire the tools to analyze technological change and position oneself in the face of it.

  • Global asset analysis
    PK-ISFB-23-3140

As personal, professional and financial situations are constantly changing, only a 360-degree view of the customer's assets will enable him to make optimal financial decisions. From real estate, pensions and taxation, to inheritance and matrimonial property issues and business transfers, the scope of a client's wealth is rich and complex.
In a transparent, tax-compliant world, the ability to offer a global approach enables the wealth manager to stand out from the crowd by offering comprehensive, professional advice, with the client at the center of attention.
By analyzing all these elements, a financial advisor can propose customized solutions to help a person achieve his or her financial goals, such as retirement, estate planning or financial risk management.

  • Analysis and selection of investment funds
    PK-ISFB-23-1141

Today, there are over 150,000 investment funds making up a rich and complex mosaic, whether you consider the investment style (active, passive, alternative, smart beta), the investment area (concentrated country, industry, region; diversified) or the asset class (money market, equities, bonds, real estate etc.). Being able to guide a client through the wealth of this offer is a fundamental skill capable of creating value and distinguishing your advice.
This training course will enable you to select a fund according to simple but fundamental criteria, to go through the key qualitative and quantitative indicators of a fund and to explain to a client in a simple way the main attributes of the selected fund.

  • Customer relationship management
    PK-ISFB-23-2142

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a set of strategies, processes and tools that enable companies to effectively manage their interactions with current and potential customers.
CRM is a key element of business strategy for many companies. It helps to develop closer, more personal relationships with customers, increase loyalty, maximize sales and minimize the costs of acquiring new customers.

  • ESG Investments
    PK-ISFB-23-3143

The publication of the Swiss Bankers Association's Guidelines for Financial Service Providers on the integration of ESG preferences and risks in investment advice and asset management requires banks and, more generally, investment-related employees to complete targeted training in sustainable finance by January 1, 2024.
This training must cover a number of specific topics, with the broader aim of being able to advise and support clients in a variety of sustainable finance strategies and solutions.
ISFB's training program in this area provides an efficient, high-impact response to this issue, while giving bank employees the knowledge, skills and tools they need to provide the best possible support and advice to customers wishing to incorporate an ESG coloring into their portfolios.
