Context

The development assessment is a unique tool offered by the ISFB which allows to evaluate at a given moment the technical and interpersonal skills of a collaborator, in order to identify the avenues of development which are open to him/her.

As a complementary tool to a more global assessment, the development assessment is an ideal instrument to highlight one's current competencies and engage in an in-depth conversation with one's employer when one wishes to develop one's career.

Target audience

  • Employed banking and financial professionals who wish to review their current knowledge and skills
  • Talent and potential employees who want to engage in a conversation with their employer about career paths within the organization
  • Banking and finance specialists looking for a job, wishing to identify possible measures to maximize the chances of finding a position corresponding to their expectations and personal skills

Stakeholders

Sessions are conducted by an expert depending on the client's choice (a coach with expertise in banking, a former HRD coach, a career psychologist, etc.)

Other elements

  • The needs definition and feedback sessions take place with or without the employer, depending on the initial request.
  • A report is provided to the client at the end of the assessment

How will it work?

  • After receiving your contact request using the form on the right, ISFB will contact you to clarify your request with you. Together we will identify your request and the means we can make available to help you. It is thanks to this first meeting, which is free and without obligation, that we will be able to identify the person who will be able to accompany you. Once this step has been completed, we will send you an offer, which you can freely accept or not.

Upon validation of the offer

By default, the program looks like this:

  • 1 45-minute interview with the selected speaker, and choice of technical areas to be tested
  • 1 online test (soft skills)
  • 1 online test (technical knowledge)
  • 1 individual restitution of the soft skills test and the technical test, with appreciation of the reading of the speaker and the client
  • Delivery of an individualized report
  • On request, a tripartite feedback with his hierarchy or his HR department

Upon completion of the assessment, the ISFB can, upon request, offer various tailor-made support services.

Where will it happen?

  • The first needs analysis discussion takes place by phone
  • Both tests are done online
  • The sessions take place face-to-face at the Institute's premises, at the employer's premises, or remotely at the client's express request
  • Sessions can be held on weekdays, early in the morning, during the day, between noon and two, in the afternoon or at the end of the day. Saturday sessions are also available upon request.
  • The sessions can be held in French or English (the language will be determined during the definition of the need, to select the right speaker).

CHF 2'750.00 / balance sheet (member price)

Non-member price: +25%.

The member prices apply to all ISFB member institutes and their employees.
