Context

To keep the management skills of ISFB Banking Management and Adaptability Certificate holders or HR experts up to date, a refresher module is organized once a year.

This year, the focus is on the sociology of organizations.

Key objectives

During the day, participants will discover :

  1. The distinction between prescribed and actual work and its implications for employees and managers
  2. The main concepts of strategic analysis of organizations illustrated by a case study
  3. The two main methods of organizational change: processes and projects

At the end of the course, participants will be able to diagnose their professional environment, enabling them to understand and anticipate their colleagues' behavior. They will also be able to observe and implement the drivers of change in their organizations.

Target audience

  • Holders of the ISFB Certificate in Banking Management and Adaptability
  • Other registrations on acceptance (HR managers, project managers, etc.)

ISFB lecturers have been working in the banking and financial world, or in their respective fields, for many years and are recognized as some of the best experts in our ecosystem in French-speaking Switzerland.
