In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a

whose mission is as follows:

Support banking and finance specialists in updating their specific and/or cross-functional banking skills, in individual sessions
Participate in courses on general banking knowledge
Acting as a coach for banking and financial skills assessments
Ancillary activity, up to a maximum of 2 to 20 hours per month, during the week.

Skills required

At least 20 years' advisory banking experience (Private Banking, Retail Banking or Corporate Banking)
Extensive training in finance (MSc or PhD in Finance, CFA, CAIA, federal banking masters, etc.)
Interest in transmitting knowledge and didactic skills

Mandatory selection criteria

Continuing to work in banking as an employee of an ISFB member institute, or retired from an ISFB member bank.
