Once obtained, the SAQ certification is valid for three years and must then be renewed.

This renewal can be acquired by completing 24 hours of SAQ accredited training, i.e. 6 modules of 4 hours each.

Employers and their experts then take care to select compact thematic modules that correspond to their daily professional development needs.

  • The Swiss economic system

With no natural resources, no access to major shipping lanes, and 4 languages and diverse cultures, Switzerland's solid economic performance is based on distinct and sometimes unique elements that every economic player must understand and master in order to ensure its sustainability, or even to participate in the necessary adjustments to the model.
This training course will provide a key to understanding the Swiss economic framework in its broadest sense, the essential foundation for customer service that meets expectations, whatever the customer's culture of origin.

  • Fintech

A contraction of the words finance and technology, fintech is now at the heart of the financial industry's concerns and strategic discussions, with the development of both applications and companies active in fintech constantly accelerating.
While no one today doubts that these new technologies are here to stay, there are still many grey areas surrounding the extent of their disruptive potential, the speed of assimilation of these new technologies and the outline of future applications.
This course will review the main categories of innovation, look back over the last 5 years to assess surprises and false starts, and acquire the tools to analyze technological changes and position oneself in the face of them.

  • Analysis and selection of investment funds

Today, there are over 150,000 investment funds making up a rich and complex mosaic, whether you consider the investment style (active, passive, alternative, smart beta), the investment area (concentrated country, industry, region; diversified) or the asset class (money market, equities, bonds, real estate etc.). Being able to guide a client through the wealth of this offer is a fundamental skill capable of creating value and distinguishing your advice.
This training will enable you to select a fund according to simple but fundamental criteria, to go through the key qualitative and quantitative indicators of a fund and to explain to a client in a simple way the main attributes of the selected fund.

CRM is a key element of business strategy for many companies. It helps to develop a closer, more personal relationship with customers, increase their loyalty, maximize sales and minimize the costs of acquiring new customers.

  • ESG Investments

The publication of the Swiss Bankers Association's Guidelines for Financial Service Providers on the integration of ESG preferences and risks in investment advice and asset management requires banks and, more generally, investment-related employees to complete targeted training in sustainable finance by January 1, 2024.
This training must cover certain specific themes, with the broader aim of being able to advise and support customers in various sustainable finance strategies and solutions.
The training organized by the ISFB on this theme provides an efficient and impactful response to this issue, while providing the knowledge, skills and tools to enable bank employees to best support and advise customers wishing to integrate an ESG coloring into their portfolios.
