Launch of the new ISFB Management Assistant Certificate

A new program designed in collaboration with local banks
In response to the needs of its member establishments active in banking and finance, ISFB is launching the new ISFB Management Assistant Certificate for a first session starting in January 2025. Developed in close collaboration with key players in the financial sector, this training program offers future management assistants content perfectly aligned with market expectations. The certificate is aimed both at professionals seeking to attest their current professional practice with a certification recognized by member banks, and at those wishing to take up such a position in the future.
Based on the competency framework of the Fondation Genève Place Financière, this new 14-day certificate takes place entirely on the Institute's premises in the Praille district of Lancy. It develops the technical as well as behavioral skills expected in such a position, thus fostering the emergence of complete profiles, capable of adapting to varied and demanding work environments.

In addition to acquiring technical skills, ISFB Certificate participants benefit from an enhanced professional network. Lecturers, who are themselves active professionals in the ISFB banking and finance ecosystem, offer participants direct contact with the world of work and valuable networking opportunities to develop their careers.
