ISFB helps banking specialists in career transition to evaluate and enhance their technical knowledge and financial know-how. ISFB's approach makes it possible to assess the suitability of a person's profile to the requirements of his or her future position, and to evaluate his or her employability. It also helps to identify actions to be taken in order to move on to other functions within one's own organization. Individualized support can be offered to help the individual understand the market or prepare him or her for situations where his or her skills need to be put to the best possible use.
