Research & Networking
To promote dialogue and networking in order to foster skills development and enhance the vitality of the French-speaking Swiss financial center.
As a professional association serving the financial sector in French-speaking Switzerland, the ISFB is at the heart of an ecosystem that brings together member institutions, their employees, public and private institutions, universities, and training centers committed to developing banking and financial skills. Through its activities, the ISFB actively contributes to strengthening and promoting the banking and financial sector in French-speaking Switzerland, for the benefit of the entire community.
This contribution takes the form, in particular, of managing the ISFB Observatory on Banking and Financial Skills, which aims to analyze changes in the industry and anticipate future skill needs. It also involves hosting thematic conferences, organizing meetings between industry experts, and regularly publishing content that highlights developments in the industry and the skills required of professionals in the sector.
