Career development

ISFB Summer School

Every year, the Swiss banking sector, particularly in the French-speaking part of the country, attracts a large number of talented young graduates with a wealth of energy and technical, linguistic and analytical skills. To capitalize on this potential and facilitate their integration into the professional world, the Summer School has been designed as a springboard between the academic world and banking practice. It enables participants to put what they've learned into action, thanks to practical input from experienced practitioners, real-life scenarios and a better understanding of the inner workings of financial institutions.
