Continuing education is at the heart of our mission. It is primarily aimed at the employees of our institutional members, but is also open to any professional working in the banking and finance sectors in French-speaking Switzerland. As a professional association, we play a key role in enhancing the skills of the financial sector.

Our programs are led by expert instructors who are recognized leaders in their fields and are structured around a wide range of core tracks, including Private Banking and Asset Management, Retail and Corporate Banking, Support Functions and Back-Office, as well as Law, Risk, and Compliance. Our programs also address current trends and challenges, whether technological, societal, or related to new digital assets. Each program is designed to keep pace with market developments and to build high-level operational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
