Context

In a professional context marked by rapid changes in the banking sector, periods of transition can generate uncertainty and a loss of bearings. In response to this, the ISFB (Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire) has designed the Trajectoires & Transitions program: a collective alternative to outplacement, traditionally reserved for specialists in the form of an individual program.
This structured, people-focused, and accessible program is aimed at professionals whose contracts are ending or who are repositioning themselves, and aims to encourage them to take a step back, look ahead, and reactivate their professional potential, drawing on group dynamics and the ISFB's sector expertise. It is also intended for job seekers registered with the OCE who wish to bounce back effectively through targeted and collective support.

Stakeholders

ISFB's HR Competence Advisors have extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, where they have spent many years in positions such as HR Business Partner (recruitment and management), Training Manager (L&D), and senior manager.
The program also includes a module led by our psychologist specializing in career guidance, to provide structured yet humane support in career transition stages.

Possible evolution

The program can be supplemented by individual coaching, mentoring or guidance sessions.

Content: In a context where unemployment weakens the sense of biographical continuity, self-confidence, self-esteem and the ability to project oneself, this module offers a structured space to enable people in transition to reappropriate their professional history. By mobilizing narrative tools centered on identity and meaning, it aims to restore a posture of actor in one's trajectory and support the power to act. This work opens the way to a more confident projection into a desirable future.
