In the first module, the course offers an overview of legislative developments, based on posts written by Enrico Giacoletto, then goes into specific details in the modules that follow, in particular with the BDO x ISFB partnership and ISFB lecturers. The program also includes an update on customer relationship management from a commercial negotiation perspective.
What's more, this training leads to 24 SAQ re-certification points for the following accreditations:

The course comprises 6 non-consecutive 4-hour modules.
The program begins with a first module offering an overview of legislative developments, based on posts written by Enrico Giacoletto. It then goes into greater depth on the points covered in this module in subsequent sessions. The final module is devoted to developing customer/negotiation development skills for advisors.
