The Higher Institute of Banking Training (ISFB) announces the arrival of Bianca Lehner as Head of Operations. In this role, she will oversee all operational, administrative, logistical, and IT functions at the Institute. Her mission will be to strengthen process efficiency, service quality, digital security, compliance with certification standards, and oversee quality control.

With over 20 years of experience in technological and organizational transformation, including 15 years in the banking sector in French-speaking Switzerland, Bianca Lehner holds degrees in finance and management (HEC Geneva) and computer science. Her background combines strategic expertise, operational excellence, and in-depth knowledge of complex and regulated environments.

Following a transformation initiated in 2023, ISFB is now evolving according to the standards of excellence in continuing professional education, in compliance with EduQua:2021, ISO 21001:2018 and SAQ standards. “The arrival of Bianca Lehner marks a key step in our consolidation dynamic,” says Mathias Baitan, Director General of ISFB. “Her experience, rigor and global vision, combined with strong leadership, are major assets to strengthen our internal performance and sustainably support our mission to serve the French-speaking financial ecosystem.”
