Evelyne Rechenmann Appointed Head of Career Development at ISFB

The Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire (ISFB) announces the appointment of Evelyne Rechenmann as a member of the Executive Board, responsible for Career Development. In this role, she will be tasked with overseeing and developing all of the Institute’s services dedicated to supporting career development in the banking and financial sector.

The Career Development division is one of the ISFB’s strategic priorities. It offers services such as coaching, mentoring, skills assessments, support for career transitions, assessments, and recruitment and networking activities connecting talent with financial institutions.

In an ever-changing banking environment, these services are designed to support the employability of industry professionals and assist member institutions in managing and developing their skills.

Evelyne Rechenmann has over 12 years of experience in banking recruitment, most recently as a Senior Recruiting Partner at Credit Suisse. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures and speaks four languages, including English, German, and Italian.

“Career development is a cornerstone of the ISFB’s mission,” emphasizes Mathias Baitan, the Institute’s Executive Director. “Evelyne Rechenmann’s experience in talent development and her knowledge of the banking sector are valuable assets as we continue to expand our activities in this strategic area.”

With this appointment, the ISFB is strengthening its role as a center of expertise and career development for banks and financial institutions in French-speaking Switzerland by offering practical solutions to support professional development and the transformation of the sector’s industries.
