ISFB Trajectories and transitions program

Context

The ISFB Trajectoires et transitions program offers employees and experts in the banking and finance sector a structured, human and accessible approach to professional transition. Offered to people who are still employed but at the end of their contract, or who are already looking for work, this program is structured around five non-consecutive half-days of face-to-face training, over a period of around three months. It helps them to take a step back, activate their professional resources, develop their network and implement a clear orientation strategy. The program is also open to people being monitored by the Cantonal Employment Office following a skills assessment.

ISFB's HR Competence Advisors have extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, where they have spent many years in positions such as HR Business Partner (recruitment and management), Head of Training (L&D), or senior manager.

The program also includes a module led by our psychologist specializing in career guidance, to provide structured, yet human, support in the stages of professional transition.
