Joséphine Papaux, you have completed the training leading to the ISFB Wealth Planning certificate. What motivated your choice?
What motivated me to take this new training course was above all the desire to deepen my skills in an area that is increasingly central to my entrepreneurial clients: their overall financial planning.
This course was an opportunity for me to acquire a general knowledge of this vast subject, so that I can identify the issues and needs of my customers, and then guide and direct them to my wealth planning colleagues.
This course serves its purpose perfectly: it doesn't aim to turn us into experts, but to give us a solid grounding in how best to support our customers beyond their day-to-day needs.
What would you say were the highlights of this program?
For me, the highlights of the program were the pragmatic, hands-on approach of the course and the expertise of the speakers. We were dealing with professionals who are immersed in their field on a daily basis, and who truly understand the realities and challenges of the job. We studied real-life cases and came away with tools that we could apply immediately in our customer interviews.
How has this experience enriched your day-to-day professional practice?
Thanks to this course, I have acquired a more global and structured vision of wealth planning. This enables me to adopt a proactive and strategic approach with my clients. Today, I feel more legitimate to ask the right questions upstream, to identify latent needs and offer personalized, comprehensive advice.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending this course, first and foremost for the quality of the lecturers and their involvement in the course. The course was well structured and rich in content. What's more, we were a small class, which enabled us to interact closely with the experts, who were great listeners. I now have a better understanding of the overall situation of each of my customers, enabling me to provide them with more personalized support over the long term.
