ISFB offers a corporate intervention program designed to meet the needs of general management and human resources departments. The approach begins with an organizational diagnosis based on an academic reference tool, inspired by the most recent scientific research. This diagnosis sheds light on internal dynamics and priority levers for action.
Following this analysis, we work with the organization's management and HR department to draw up an intervention plan tailored to the issues identified. This may take the form of short training courses for employees and managers, awareness-raising seminars on organizational or psychosocial issues, or individual or group coaching.
