"The observatory's goal is therefore to take a scientific, methodological, and collective approach to the issue of banking skills, in collaboration with academic stakeholders. We are focusing on French-speaking Switzerland and Geneva in particular. We want to understand where needs are tending to disappear or, conversely, to emerge, in areas such as data management, for example."
