Working at ISFB: the different functions
Management and operational team |
The Institute is headed by a Management Board, which is responsible for strategic planning, links with the banking ecosystem, marketing and communications, legal affairs, finance and human resources management, as well as market intelligence and sales distribution. The operational team is responsible for implementing the Institute's services in the 4 strategic business areas, across the entire customer experience. |
Program Manager |
The program directors coordinate the course leaders with the support of the Product Managers on the operational team. They also ensure course quality and consistency of content. |
Lecturer ISFB |
ISFB lecturers are responsible for designing and teaching the modules within our continuing education courses. They are selected on the basis of their professional experience and are at the cutting edge of knowledge in their field. Most of our lecturers are employed by our member banks. |
ISFB Expert |
ISFB experts help create and assess written and oral exams for our certificates and SAQ certification. |
ISFB Coach |
ISFB coaches are specialists in individual coaching and are selected on the basis of their approach and proven references. All have long-term experience in banking and finance. |
ISFB Mentor |
ISFB mentors are retired middle and senior managers who wish to continue passing on their skills to the current generation. |
Guidance counsellor ISFB |
ISFB career advisors hold bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology, qualifying them as psychologists under the LPsy, and help our customers make the right career choices. |
Scientific committee member |
The members of the Scientific Committee meet between one and three times a year within the Institute to take an overall look at the programs offered by the Institute and assess the relevance of the teaching content. They are selected from the ISFB ecosystem of banks, financial institutes and major economic and academic partners. The Program Directors sit on the Scientific Committee. |
