The program, which is offered only in an intra-bank version, aims to validate and then retain employees with succession potential within banking and financial institutions, by preparing them to take on greater challenges within their current employer. The sessions are specific to each employer and organized "à la carte" in line with the needs expressed by the Human Resources Department.
- Talents and potential identified by their employer as part of a development process
- Identification of participants by the employer
- Stage 1 (9 months)
- Delivery of the report of step 1 to the participant and to the Human Resources Department, confirmation of the potential
- Stage 2 (24 months)
- Delivery of the Stage 2 report to the participant and to the Human Resources Department, confirmation of the talent

- the practical axis
The program involves various ISFB speakers (coaches, financial experts, and guidance counselors, among others).
