Geneva, June 11, 2025 - ISFB and Pulsions announce a long-term collaboration to develop the skills of the French-speaking financial center.

ISFB - Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire, the competence and career center for banks and financial institutions in French-speaking Switzerland, announces a long-term collaboration with PULSIONS MANAGEMENT.

As part of its career development consulting services, ISFB will be integrating the PULSIONS tool to help finance professionals gain a detailed understanding of their levers of action, motivation and performance. This innovative tool will enhance a range of tools already used by ISFB, including psychometric tests, technical skills tests, and behavioral assessments used for skills assessments, outplacement, coaching and assessments specific to the finance professions.
