Mathias BAITAN
He began his career in 1999 at Banque Cantonale de Genève, then moved to Banque Pictet as a project manager. In 2009, he was appointed Chief of Staff to the Executive Board of BCGE before taking over as head of its administrative back office department. From 2013 to September 2022, he continued his career as HR manager for cross-functional roles at the same bank, while also serving as a lecturer at the Geneva School of Business and Management (HES-SO) and academic director of the Organizational Health and Resilience degree program. He holds a PhD in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Geneva, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a federal diploma in Human Resources Management.
Maryse GABBAY
With a Master's degree in Economics and Social Sciences and a CAS in Adult Education, Maryse is in charge of Banking Certifications at the ISFB and is also involved in various development projects for the association, as well as in setting up tailor-made training mandates and career development services for member banks.
With over 30 years of experience in sales, consulting, training, and employee development, her areas of expertise include designing banking certification programs, training engineering, social skills development, individual coaching, and customer relationship development.
