Lino FININI
Lino began his career at Banque Indosuez, where he spent eight years in software development and systems maintenance. This period confirmed his decision to turn his passion for IT into his profession. He then joined Lasercom (now Vilt), where he spent five particularly rewarding years traveling across Europe, putting his IT expertise at the service of banks and insurance companies. He supported and trained new employees and provided clients with integrated solutions designed specifically for their needs. He left the company with numerous successful software and hardware implementations under his belt, as well as solid managerial experience. When he joined the Swissquote Group, he was ready to take on the challenge of creating a bank from scratch. For 22 years, he played a key role in operations management, developing extensive expertise in several areas.
Marie NEMOND
Marie Nemond is Executive Director at Pictet within the Technology & Operations division. In her nine years at Pictet, she has held several roles related to the deployment of the Group's data strategy (Data Platform Manager, Group Chief Data Officer, Head of Business Insights and Analytics). Before joining Pictet, Marie was Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman in the Financial Services and Organization and Transformation practices. She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and Sciences Po Paris.
Sasha LAZAREVIC
Sasha is an IT architect for AI solutions with over 7 years of experience in the field and more than 20 years of experience with banking projects in Switzerland and the EU. He holds a master's degree in computer science and an MBA, as well as a degree in artificial intelligence from Stanford University. He has also earned numerous professional certifications that demonstrate his commitment to staying at the cutting edge of technology. He is a speaker at international conferences and a recognized expert in the field of quantum computing.
Jacques FONTIGNIE
Jacques Fontignie is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in defining and implementing information security strategies in complex and highly regulated IT environments. His expertise covers risk management, security architecture, and compliance with key frameworks and regulations such as NIST, GDPR, DORA, and FINMA.
Vincent PIGNON
Founder & Executive Chairman of Wecan Group, Vincent is a serial entrepreneur active in the field of finance and technology. Previously, he was Digital Advisor to the State of Geneva and Director of the Entrepreneurship Certification Program at the Geneva University of Applied Sciences. Vincent holds a PhD and two Master's degrees in Science.
