A look back at the "SAQ: a strategic investment for banks" event

SAQ certification has become an essential quality standard in the Swiss banking sector since the introduction of the LSFin, and on April 4 ISFB was pleased to bring together over 30 banking establishments represented by HR decision-makers, training managers and asset managers to discuss this essential topic.

The aim of the event: to approach the SAQ not as a constraint, but as a genuine strategic lever, in the service of excellence in skills and customer relations.
