Our 2025 catalog is now online! Discover six new training courses, specially designed to meet the needs of the market and the expectations of our members.

This enriched offering supports your professional development and brings together all the services offered by your Skills and Career Center, based around its four areas of activity: Continuing training - Certifications - Career development - Network outreach.

Continuing Education

Visit Continuing Educationis the central pillar of our offering, and aims to strengthen the collective skills of banking and finance professionals in French-speaking Switzerland, with priority given to our institutional members. The following sessions are planned for the first half of 2025:

Certifications

ISFB is the only non-profit organization in French-speaking Switzerland accredited to organize SAQ certification exams for its member banks. The field of activity Certifications offers the following services for the first half of the year:

Career development

In the field of Career Developmentthe Institut supports human resources and professionals by promoting talent, assessing banking skills and assisting with transitions.

This business area offers a wide range of on-demand services throughout the year, including :

  • Banking assessment (prior to appointment to a management position or upon hiring)
  • Managerial coaching (when taking on managerial responsibilities)
  • Team building (to strengthen bonds, a sense of mission and team rules)
  • Skills assessment (to take stock of technical skills and assess gaps for career transition)
  • Career counselling (to reflect on strengths and weaknesses, take stock of motivation, and gain perspective on opportunities and constraints arising from the environment in which you evolve)
  • Outplacement (to bounce back more quickly after the end of your employment relationship with your employer)

Network reach

New services developed within this business area are unveiled month by month. Here are just some of the events not to be missed in the first half of the year:
