Context
The development assessment is a unique tool offered by the ISFB that enables us to evaluate an employee's technical and interpersonal skills at a given moment, in order to identify the avenues for development open to him or her.
A complementary tool to a more global assessment, the development assessment is an ideal instrument for highlighting current skills and engaging in an in-depth conversation with your employer when you are looking to develop your career.
