Context

Artificial intelligence, big data, neo-banking, blockchain, cloud: the development of new technologies and related industries has been growing exponentially in recent years. As is often the case with technological revolutions, the effects and consequences on both industry and day-to-day work remain difficult to pin down precisely. Nevertheless, trends are clearly emerging today, confirming the global and horizontal nature of the change to come. Whether in terms of customer relations, product and service selection and distribution, portfolio optimization or the strategic redefinition of the bank, digitalization will affect all business lines, creating new opportunities but also challenges and new categories of risk.
This training course will enable you to acquire knowledge and understanding of technologies and their applications, as well as analytical tools and food for thought that will enable you to position your professional activity.
