Enrico Giacoletto founded EasyReg in December 2018 to create e-Reg, an application that simplifies and digitizes work with financial regulations. He helps numerous clients, mainly private banks in Geneva and Lugano, to better manage their risks and implement regulatory changes. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. For one of the Big4 firms, he was market manager for the Financial Services – Risk department in French-speaking Switzerland. Enrico Giacoletto is a CFA charterholder and holds FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification.

With 15 years of investment experience, Malek Dahmani joined Bruellan in 2022 to strengthen European equity and sustainable investment management. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at LOIM, where he initiated and managed a strategy focused on European family-owned companies. A graduate of the Geneva Graduate Institute, Malek completed his studies with a management program at IMD and the CFA ESG certificate.

Gilles Chantrier is a finance professional specializing in risk management and financial control. He holds a degree in economics from HEG Lausanne and has completed training in banking risk management at INSEAD. He has worked at Swissquote since the early 2000s, where he has held several management positions in accounting, internal control, reporting, and risk management. Since 2017, he has been Chief Risk Officer of the Swissquote Group. At the same time, he is a member of several boards of directors within the Swissquote Group entities in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Asia.

Taulant Avdija is a licensed attorney, partner, and head of the Regulatory & Compliance department at BDO in Geneva and Zurich, where he has been practicing for 10 years. He assists financial institutions with audits, investigations, and advisory mandates, particularly in the areas of anti-money laundering, governance, sanctions, cross-border compliance, and investor protection.
He also holds a CAS in Digital Finance Law (University of Geneva) and a CAS in Financial Regulation (Universities of Bern and Geneva).

Biba Homsy is a lawyer in Luxembourg and Switzerland, specializing in crypto-assets, compliance, and regulatory issues. Active in the field of blockchain and crypto-assets since 2015, she heads her boutique law firm Homsy Legal, with four associates in Geneva and Luxembourg, assisting private players with a specialization in regulation, compliance, financial services, and crypto-assets. Previously, she led teams at the Swiss regulator FINMA for five years as Head of International Cooperation, and was also Chief Compliance Officer for CREDIT SUISSE, where she oversaw Luxembourg and its European branches (France, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Netherlands), with responsibility for a team of 40 people. She holds two master's degrees in law (from French and Swiss universities) and a certification in regulation from Harvard Law School.
