ISFB Management Assistant Certificate: Professionalize your role at the heart of wealth management
December 4, 2025
The ISFB is launching a new session of the ISFB Assistant/Management Certificate in January 2026, a program designed in close collaboration with local banks to ensure that it is perfectly suited to market needs.
The role of management assistant is central to wealth management, both in supporting managers with knowledge of wealth management products and services, and in maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent service in handling requests.
This program has been developed to meet the specific needs of management assistants in a context of increasing regulatory requirements. It also enables participants to develop key behavioral skills such as communication and priority management.
A program designed for the field
Based on the Geneva Financial Center Foundation's competency framework, this 14-day certificate program, held in person at the ISFB's premises in Geneva, combines:
- Technical modules: financial products, compliance, sustainable finance, investment strategy, credit and financing.
- Behavioral skills: communication, organization, priority management.
This blended approach encourages the emergence of well-rounded profiles capable of adapting to varied and demanding environments.
An enriching experience and a unique network
Beyond skills development, the training program offers direct access to the ISFB banking ecosystem through speakers who are active within member banks. Discussions between participants and experts create valuable networking opportunities, enhancing employability and visibility in the market.
A recognized certification
At the end of the program, participants receive a certification recognized by member banks, which is a real asset for demonstrating current skills or promoting themselves for these roles.
They're talking about it
Below are testimonials from Program Director Julien Froidevaux, one of the speakers, Jan Grossen, and a participant in the first session, Aurélia Giovanna Pieren.
