Context
Supporting and advising businesses has always been crucially important and is one of the bank's long-standing and fundamental activities. Today more than ever, the challenges facing businesses make corporate bankers essential long-term partners for companies.
Corporate client advisors need to be able to offer services across the entire value chain (financing, cash management, pensions, etc.), but also to analyze the factors affecting the company and propose solutions that are relevant and efficient in relation to the situation, the type of company, and its business model.
Key objectives
Advise corporate clients across the entire value chain
Find the most appropriate financing solution for a given situation
Manage special credit situations (business transfers, restructuring, succession, mergers, etc.)
Analyzing the external environment as well as a company's strategy and positioning from a financing perspective
Advising on aspects related to the real estate market (valuation, purchase/sale, financing, legal, asset, and tax aspects).
Target audience
It is of interest to those whose work involves managing and advising on a portfolio, or who are involved in managing teams working in this segment.
