Hervé Broch, you are CEO of Banque Raiffeisen Région Genève Rhône. How important is skills development at your bank?

Skills development is a central pillar of our business. We believe that a continuously trained and evolving team is essential to providing excellent service. It is also a lever for motivation and adaptation to changes in the industry. That's why we invest heavily in the ongoing training of our staff.

How would you describe the management philosophy at your bank?

Our management approach is rooted in our cooperative identity. Our management approach is based on proximity, trust and a lasting commitment to our employees and customers. Our aim is to enable each individual to develop his or her full potential and contribute effectively to our collective success.

What do you expect from your managers in terms of management, and how do you support them in their training?

We expect our managers to embody exemplary management, taking into account the specific features of our cooperative model. It is essential that this cooperative spirit remains anchored in the DNA of all our employees. That's why we support them with dedicated training, so that they can guide their teams while embodying our values of proximity and sustainability.

A new edition of the ISFB Banking Management & Adaptability Certificate will start soon (October 2025). What major challenges do you see in this area, and how can this program offer concrete solutions?

The ISFB Certificate in Banking Management and Adaptability meets the challenges of a changing industry. It helps our managers adapt to change and remain proactive, ensuring the resilience of our institution.
