Offered in partnership with SPHERE magazine, this training course meets the specific needs of independent asset managers, a fast-growing segment. Active for almost 40 years in banking and financial training, the ISFB accompanies IAMs in an environment marked by triple pressure: regulatory, technological and generational.
Asset managers express a clear need for short, targeted and immediately useful formats, enabling them to stay up to date while preserving their entrepreneurial agility and the uniqueness of their model. The program is structured around four topical modules: regulatory updates, IT & cybersecurity, financial techniques, and customer relationship management.
Independent asset managers or their employees can register for either the full seminar or the module.

M02 - Raising awareness of IT security in small organizations

M03 - Private equity for independent asset managers
Contents: This module introduces the contrasting perceptions of Private Equity (PE) by GFIs: potential for long-term outperformance but strong constraints (liquidity, complexity, risks).
It presents the principles of PE, its importance in the financial and wealth management worlds, as well as the limitations of the Yale model and the sector's structural biases.
Finally, it explores the major current trends (generational transition, tokenization, AI, regulatory environment) that are reshaping the access and value of PE.

                                M04 - Close the deal
