A First Bridge Between Academia and Banking Careers
Through its Summer School, the ISFB is forging an initial connection between young talent trained in French-speaking Switzerland and the banking and financial sector.
This approach reflects a simple reality: careers are evolving, job profiles are becoming more diverse, and learning about the industry remains a key step in career planning.
For many students, banking and finance are sometimes viewed solely through the lens of a few well-known professions. The Summer School offers a broader perspective: that of a sector made up of specialists, advisors, analysts, lawyers, risk managers, technology leaders, HR professionals, sustainability specialists, and numerous support roles.
Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participation is free of charge, with no obligation to purchase, and is reserved for students enrolled at a university or college in French-speaking Switzerland. Only one application per person is permitted. Recipients will be selected on July 13, 2026, from among the eligible applications and notified directly by the ISFB. Those not selected will not receive individual notification. The scholarships are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash. The information provided will be used exclusively for processing applications related to this program and will not be used for marketing purposes.
