We promote the development of skills in the French-speaking part of Switzerland's financial centre in order to support our institutional members in maintaining and developing their competitiveness.

We assist you in identifying the training measures required within your organization.

We work with you to prepare your workshops in various suitable venues, and we take care of sourcing speakers and creating experiential role-playing exercises.

We conduct thematic surveys specifically focused on skills development and provide services to companies.

Who we are

ISFB is the competence and career center for banks and financial institutions in French-speaking Switzerland. The Institute offers services specific to the banking and finance sector in the fields of Continuing Education, Certifications, Career Development and Network Outreach. Founded in 1987 as a non-profit professional association, the ISFB currently brings together over fifty banking and financial institutions throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

Gathered within our non-profit professional association, our members account for nearly 80% of salaried employment in the sector.
