33rd Awards Ceremony

This Wednesday, November 9, 2022, the ISFB held its traditional ceremony of the laureates, for its 33rd edition, in the presence of more than 150 guests.

The 33rd ISFB Award Ceremony took place in the splendid Théâtre Les Salons, located in the heart of the city of Geneva, in the company of more than 150 guests, including the ISFB Certificate winners as well as the winners who obtained the SAQ certification.

In his introductory speech, the Director General of the ISFB underlined the interest of the associative configuration of the Institute, which allows all of its members to benefit from a collective ecosystem rich in competencies as well as from the recognition of its brand on the French-speaking employment market.

The Vice-Chairman of the ISFB Board and CEO of BCGE, Mr Blaise Goetschin, congratulated all the graduates in the fields of private banking, compliance and the "Future of finance" and "Credit specialist" certificates offered by the Institute.

The evening was enhanced by 4 magnificent musical interludes led by the sumptuous Byron Quartet.

A round table discussion composed of Mr. Edouard Cuendet, Director of Geneva Financial Center and member of the ISFB Board, Ms. Katia Coudray Cornu, co-founder and CEO of Asteria Investment Managers, and Mathias Baitan, General Manager of the ISFB, under the moderation of Mr. Marc Benninger, editor in chief of the HR Today magazine, focused on the evolution of competencies within the banking industry in recent years.

At the end of the ceremony, the ISFB "Member" 2022 award was presented by Mr. Frédéric Ruiz, Director in charge of training, to Mrs. Nicole Aniello-Germanier, Head of HR Training Switzerland- Switzerland of the Raiffeisen Group.

ISFB thanks all its 54 member institutions, as well as its 150 ISFB expert lecturers for their confidence and their enthusiasm in supporting the dynamization of our association.
